Key responsibilities: Implementation of all conference topics through a team of 4 producers (24 conferences a year in the UK, USA and Asia) Managing 4 conference producers on a six-week production cycle Ensuring the team achieves a balance between the delivery of high quality speakers, research integrity and productivity Managing the research process and helping the producers direct the research Maintaining a highly productive, highly motivated team Experienced Conference Producers Basic Salary £25,000 - £30,000 OTE £45,000 to £55,000 One of our core strengths is our ability to find the best topics before anybody else does. If you are a fantastic conference producer, who’s passionate about delivering a great product, then we’d like to hear from you. You will be ambitious, with a minimum of 18 months production experience, very strong work ethic and good commercial ‘head’.
